If you're a builder, joiner, or architect specifying entrance hardware in New Zealand, our trade programme is set up to make the spec and supply process easier than going through a big-box importer. Here's how it works.

Who qualifies

Trade accounts are open to:

  • Registered builders (LBP)
  • Architectural firms and designers
  • Joiners, kitchen and door manufacturers
  • Property developers with active projects
  • Hardware retailers reselling to end users

We ask for your company name, NZBN, and a contact for verification. Applications are usually approved within 1-2 business days.

What you get

  • Significant trade discount off retail - the exact rate is disclosed after your account is approved and depends on annual volume.
  • 30-day payment terms on approved accounts after the first three orders.
  • Direct line to us for custom sizes, finishes, and product modifications.
  • Drawings and DWG files for spec packages.
  • Priority dispatch on stainless handles carried in stock.

Lead times

  • Stainless handles in stock: dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Powdercoated finishes: 1-2 weeks for standard colours, 3-4 weeks for custom.
  • Custom sizes (any length 200-2400 mm): 3-4 weeks.
  • Smart locks: in stock items dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Why our pricing works

Our brass and bronze handles are made to order in New Zealand. Our 316 stainless handles are imported. Either way you deal directly with us. If a project needs a custom size, a non-standard fixing pattern, or a finish that isn't in our catalogue, ask us and we will tell you what we can do and how long it takes.

How to apply

Fill out the Trade Account Application form with your company details. You'll hear back within 1-2 business days. Once approved, your account will see your trade pricing applied automatically at checkout.
