• Free shipping New Zealand wide, no minimum order
• Stainless handles held in stock ship within 1 to 2 business days
• Smart locks and cylinders ship within 5 to 7 business days
• Stainless handles made to order ship within 1 to 2 weeks
• Brass handles, in either finish, are made to order and ship within 3 to 4 weeks
• Once dispatched, delivery within New Zealand takes 3 to 5 business days
• Tracking number emailed once dispatched
• We dispatch from Auckland. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and we do not offer click and collect
• Overseas orders are quoted by email, not sold at checkout

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. That covers a change of mind on unused stock items in their original packaging, and it covers anything damaged or faulty. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind, only if they are faulty.

• We cover return shipping for faulty items. On a change of mind, return shipping is paid by you.
• Replacement or refund within 3 to 5 business days

Every pull handle, in stainless, brass or bronze, carries a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship and 1 year on the finish. Smart locks carry Keyless Solutions' 2-year manufacturer warranty on the mechanism and electronics. Full warranty and care details, or download the care guide (PDF).
