Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard NZ-wide shipping takes 3-5 business days. Stainless steel handles in stock ship within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order brass handles ship within 3-4 weeks. Smart locks ship within 1-2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over $300 NZD within New Zealand.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within New Zealand. Contact us at hello@entrancehandles.co.nz for international enquiries.

Product Information

What is 316 marine-grade stainless steel?

316 stainless steel is the highest grade used in architectural hardware. It contains molybdenum which gives superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for coastal and high-moisture environments. All our stainless handles are made from 316-grade steel.

What finishes are available?

Our stainless steel handles come in a brushed satin finish as standard. We also offer powdercoated finishes in matt black, white, and custom colours on request.

What sizes do you offer?

Most handle styles are available from 300mm to 1000mm in length. Custom sizes can be made to order — contact us for details.

Will your handles fit my door?

Our handles suit most standard entrance doors including timber, aluminium, and glass. Check our Door Compatibility Guide for detailed information, or contact us with your door specifications.

Can I pair a smart lock with a pull handle?

Installation

Can I install the handles myself?

Yes. Each handle comes with all necessary fixings and an installation guide. You will need a drill with appropriate bits for your door material. For glass doors, we recommend professional installation.

What fixings are included?

All handles include through-bolt fixings suitable for timber and aluminium doors. Back-to-back configurations include all necessary spacers and bolts. Smart locks include their own mounting hardware and strike plates.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Made-to-order items (including custom sizes and powdercoated finishes) cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What warranty do you offer?

Pull handles come with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Smart locks come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering the mechanism, electronics, and finish.

Do you offer trade pricing?

What do I need to apply for a trade account?

You will need your company name, NZBN (New Zealand Business Number), and contact details. Applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days.
