We do not have a phone line. Everything is handled by email so there is a written record of your order, your specifications and anything we have agreed, which matters when hardware is being made to a measurement. Email us and you will hear back within one business day.
What to contact us about
Orders and returns. Email your order number, and for anything damaged or faulty include photos of the item and the packaging. That gets the fastest turnaround. Full detail is in our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.
Sizing and door compatibility. Tell us your door material, its thickness, and any existing hole centres, and we will confirm what fits. Photos help. Our Door Compatibility Guide covers most cases.
Custom sizes and finishes. Most handle styles can be made from 300mm to 1000mm, and we can powdercoat to a custom colour. Email us what you need and we will quote it.
Trade and volume pricing. We offer trade pricing to licensed builders and building companies, registered contractors, architects and specifiers, and property developers in New Zealand. Email your company details and your licence or NZBN and we will have you set up within 1 to 2 business days. Working from drawings? Send them through.
International enquiries. We do not ship internationally through the checkout, but we do supply overseas by quote. Email us your items and your delivery address and we will quote the goods plus actual freight, then send you an invoice you can pay online. See our Shipping Policy.
